We operate under British International Freight Association (BIFA), Road Haulage Association (RHA) and the United Kingdom Warehouse Association (UKWA) Standard Trading Terms & Conditions. In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your freight, our liability is limited – this is very dependent on the circumstances surrounding the loss or damage though essentially our liability is limited, and shall not exceed the value of any loss or damage or a sum at the rate of 2 (two) SDR’s per kilo of the gross weight of any goods lost or damaged, whichever shall the be the lesser. Under these circumstances, for high value consignments, we encourage our customers to take out marine insurance which we offer at very competitive rates. We offer comprehensive insurance cover worldwide for all services and all types of cargo*. Our efficient marine insurance system provides you with an email detailing the insurance cover including the date insured, conveyance, goods description, value and brief details of the policy cover.

We can also prepare bespoke corporate policies for your company based on annual premiums, monthly premiums or special one off shipments of high value or sensitive nature. Please ask for details.
