COVID-19 Policy

After placing SFS Facility in ‘lock down’ on the 16th March 2020, we continue to operate as normal, with adjustments to our facility.

• All SFS employees are self-sanitising every time they enter the building.

• All SFS employees are working with a minimum of 2 meters social distancing where possible.

• All SFS employees are equipped with hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes, and tissues.

• SFS drivers have surgical gloves and carry a complete Covid-19 kit with them (including masks should they be required)

• SFS drivers are instructed to restrict, where possible, personal contact when collecting and delivering cargo whilst maintaining social distancing and adhering to individual requirements

• SFS warehouse staff and drivers are instructed not to handle or sign any tablets, screens, or paperwork at this time.

• All work surfaces and operational equipment in the office and warehouse are disinfected with anti-bacterial wipes daily

• We carried out a risk assessment as part of our H&S policy and this can be requested, as necessary.
